Browse our product catalogue using the left navigation, or the search tools, and click 'add to basket' next to any products that you wish to buy. Once you are finished browsing, click the 'Checkout' link next to the text 'Your basket contains' (top right of every page).
Payment Menthods
Online via Credit/Debit card - we accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Delta and Solo. If you already have an account with us, you can checkout immediately, if not you'll need to register with us quickly first. If an order is cancelled your credit card authorisation will be voided and no money will be taken from the card.
Telephone via Credit/Debit card - if you'd prefer, you can call us with your order, this works in the same way (you will need to give us a few details to register you on the system before we complete your order.
Telephone via Cheque - you can pay with cheque if you'd prefer, however the order will not be shipped until the cheque has cleared.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges - All Products Include VAT @ 17.5%
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. In line with regulations there is no VAT charge for orders originating from the Channel Isles ( please call us on 01254 266019 to order if you are based in the Channel Isles ). The correct VAT will be calculated at checkout.
Credit Card Security
For the best customer experience, the credit card transaction takes place on the secure Light My Home website (the website is protected by Secure Sockets Layer). We do NOT store your credit card details once the transaction is complete.
Peace of Mind Guarantee - Returns
Notification of any goods received faulty or incorrect must be made in writing either by email, fax or post to Light My Home within 3 working days of receipt. An order may be cancelled up to 3 working days from the day after date of receipt. Prior notification must be made in writing either by email, fax or post to Light My Home. Once we receive this, we will contact you for your credit card details and refund your credit card accordingly.
If you are unhappy with any of our products or service please contact us in writing by email, fax or post. All complaints will be acknowledged within 3 working days and treated with the utmost confidentiality. Goods ordered by any client and supplied correctly by the company will not normally be accepted for return. In such cases where the company is in agreement to accept goods to be returned, a re-stocking charge of 25% will be deducted. In the event of any item being returned, the company reserves the right to repair or replace at their discretion. Unsuitable items can only be accepted back for a refund providing that they have not been used or installed. They should be returned with the original packaging to ensure the product is not damaged on the return journey. The cost of returning unsuitable goods is at the expense of the customer. The above do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
